Como estudamos na Situação de Aprendizagem 1 do Caderno do Aluno, os países onde a Língua Inglesa é falada como primeira língua, vamos agora fazer uma pesquisa na Internet sobre localização geográfica, capital e curiosidades dos seguintes países que já foram sorteados em sala de aula para grupos de 5 alunos:

– United Kingdom ( formado por England (Inglaterra), Scotland (Escócia), Wales (País de Gales) e Northern Ireland (Irlanda do Norte)

ONE DAY AT WORK MY GUY AND I STARTED SENDING FLIRTY E-MAILS TO EACH OTHER. IN MY LAST MESSAGE, I MENTIONED WHAT I WAS GOING TO WEAR FOR HIM THAT NIGHT. UNFORTUNATELY, I TRIED TO SPICE THINGS UP WITH THE WRONG PERSON: I ACCIDENTALLY HIT ‘REPLY’ ON MY LAST E-MAIL , WHICH WAS FROM MY BOSS! SHE FOUND MY DIRTY MESSAGE SO AMUSING THAT SHE SHARED IT WITH THE ENTIRE OFFICE.

Future: Will

Nós usamos Will/Won’t + verbo para falar sobre possibilidades e previsões ou decisões que fazemos quando estamos falando.

Exemplos:

– Maybe he WILL stay at home and get some rest this weekend. (Talvez ele ficará em casa e descansará neste final de semana)

– I have too many books to carry, WILL you help me, please?(Eu tenho muitos livros pra carregar, você me ajudará, por favor? )

Ao procurar a letra de uma música em inglês, você tem a opção de preencher os espaços da letra enquanto a ouve.  Se perder algum trecho, você poderá apertar a tecla backspace (apagar) e o trecho se repetirá.  Para começar,  recomendo clicar na opção Beginner (Iniciante) onde você preenche 10% da letra da música. Existem também as opções Intermediate (Intermediário) e Expert (Avançado).
